Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with corporate objectives, target audiences, and evolving market trends, ensuring measurable business growth.
- Create and oversee high-impact content across diverse channels including websites, social media, blogs, email campaigns, whitepapers, and case studies, driving brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Lead and optimize digital marketing initiatives (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media advertising, email marketing) to maximize online visibility, improve lead acquisition, and enhance customer conversion.
- Design and implement lead generation programs, cultivating new customer relationships while strengthening existing pipelines through data-driven, targeted campaigns.
- Safeguard brand consistency across all marketing platforms and collateral by enforcing brand guidelines and best practices.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, inform product development, and guide strategic decision-making.
- Measure and analyze campaign performance using KPIs and advanced analytics tools to evaluate ROI and continuously optimize marketing investments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product management, and customer support teams to align strategies, accelerate growth, and ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Plan and manage industry events such as webinars, trade shows, conferences, and workshops to strengthen brand positioning and foster client engagement.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
· 2+ years of progressive marketing experience, ideally within the IT industry.
· Proven success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.
· Advanced expertise in digital marketing techniques and platforms, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to craft persuasive messaging.
· Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with a track record of data-driven decision-making.
· Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
· Adept at thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments, managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
· Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across functions.
