The Senior People Advisor (HR Operations) supports the smooth running of day-to-day People Operations function and acts as a trusted, practical point of contact for managers and employees.

The role is responsible for ensuring HR processes are run consistently today, while also putting the right operational foundations in place to support growth and scale.


This role suits someone who has worked in a fast-paced, changing environment, understands what “good” HR operations look like at scale, and can bring order, clarity, and structure without over-engineering.



Key Responsibilities:


HR Advisory & Front-Line Support


  • Act as a first point of contact for managers and employees on HR operational queries
  • Provide clear, pragmatic guidance on policies, procedures, and employee lifecycle matters
  • Support managers with routine people issues, escalating appropriately
  • Serve as a dependable relay between managers and the People function, ensuring follow-through


HR Operations & Delivery


  • Run and support end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, contracts, probation tracking, employee changes, leave, and exits
  • Ensure HR activities are delivered accurately, on time, and consistently, even in high-volume or changing conditions
  • Maintain clean, well-organised employee records and documentation


Building for Scale


  • Apply experience from fast-paced or scaling environments to identify what needs to be put in place (processes, templates, trackers, SOPs)
  • Help move HR operations from ad hoc to repeatable without slowing the business down
  • Spot pressure points early and introduce lightweight structure to reduce risk and manual effort


Policies, Processes & Structure


  • Support the implementation and day-to-day application of People policies
  • Help document and standardise HR processes so they are easy for managers to follow
  • Ensure policies and processes are applied consistently across teams


UAE & Global Context


  • Apply working knowledge of UAE labour law in operational HR activities
  • Support visa and employment documentation processes
  • Operate confidently within a global People team, supporting multiple jurisdictions


Systems & Organisation


  • Use HR systems and trackers effectively to maintain visibility and control
  • Support data accuracy, reporting, and audits
  • Keep HR operations organised, structured, and dependable



Qualifications:


  • 3–5 years’ experience in HR Operations / HR Advisory roles
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, or changing environment
  • Practical understanding of what HR foundations are required to scale (process, documentation, data discipline)
  • Experience working within the UAE employment context
  • Strong organisation, prioritisation, and communication skills
  • Comfortable supporting managers and employees directly



Preferred Experience:


  • Experience in tech, professional services, or scaling organisations
  • Exposure to HR systems and operational improvement initiatives
  • Experience supporting a regional or global workforce
