The Project

This is a large residential community project in Dubai.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Lead the application of advanced planning and scheduling methods, tools, and techniques across projects.
• Demonstrate strong working knowledge of planning/scheduling, Earned Value Management (EVM), and project controls methodologies.
• Communicate effectively with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Analyze complex requirements and present clear, actionable insights and corrective measures.
• Manage and mentor a team of planning professionals, fostering development and ensuring high-quality delivery of schedule management services.
• Influence client decisions by presenting well-supported proposals and recommendations.
• Execute tasks necessary to meet project or assignment requirements with precision and accountability.
• Collaborate proactively to support the transition to net zero carbon, identifying and managing carbon emissions and reduction opportunities throughout project delivery.
  
  

You’ll Need To Have

• Degree in civil engineering, construction management (or equivalent).
• Professional membership i.e. CIOB, APM, PMI (or equivalent).
• Middle East experience is an advantage.
