Job Description

We’re a stealth-mode company working on an ambitious product to transform the Private Aviation Industry. Our team is focused on building innovative, cloud-native systems from the ground up.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager, who specialises in building B2B products & embraces the lean start-up methodology. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about building great products, solving tough problems, and engaging with busy customers to help them thrive in their business.

Private aviation is a difficult industry, we want to make it easier.

What You’ll do:

• Drive product development from zero to one for a B2B SaaS solution in private aviation.
• Own the full product lifecycle, working closely with engineers to ship a high-quality product.
• Develop a deep understanding of user needs through direct interaction and turn these insights into actionable product features.
• Work with cross-functional teams, translating technology capabilities into product roadmaps.
• Design a user experience that allows fast operation and reduces toil to the minimum for our users.
• Engage with suppliers, partners, and other stakeholders to build a strategy that aligns with the business goals.
• Bonus if you have experience with fintech and payment solutions.
  
  

Requirements

• An experienced and Senior Product Manager who knows how to scale a product to a fully-fledged and robust solution.
• You have led the end-to-end development of SaaS products before and can show examples of user-driven product decisions.
• You have a strong understanding of what is possible with modern technology and know how to leverage technology to build a great and easy to use solution.
• You can effectively communicate your strategy to stakeholders, partners and customers.
• You can effectively influence senior leadership through data-driven insights.
• Fintech or payment system experience is a plus but not required.
