- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 8–12 years’ experience in digital product management, with at least 5 years in cards and payments.
- Proven experience in launching financial products in new markets, preferably within the Middle East.
- Strong knowledge of card issuing, processing, tokenization, and digital wallets.
- Track record of delivering digital card innovations in banking or fintech.
- Solid understanding of regional regulations and cross-border payments landscape.
