- -Detailed Drafting: Create precise Preparing high-accuracy bills of quantities, technical drawings and construction plans to use AutoCAD, ensuring adherence to project specifications and standards.
- -Quantity Surveying: Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates based on construction drawings and specifications.
- -3D Modeling (3D Max): Utilize 3D Max or similar software to develop detailed three-dimensional models and visualizations for design and presentation purposes.
- -UAE Experience: Apply knowledge of local regulations, standards, and building codes specific to the UAE, ensuring compliance in all design and drafting activities.
- -Collaboration and Documentation: Collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to refine designs and resolve technical issues. Maintain accurate documentation and revisions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Preparing high-accuracy bills of quantities (BOQ)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D Max software.
- Strong experience in quantity surveying.
- Thorough understanding of UAE regulations, standards, and building codes.
- Excellent technical drawing and drafting skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with project stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
