Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Senior Recruitment Officer to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and stakeholders. This role is key in attracting top talent and supporting RoyalJet’s commitment to excellence.
Job Purpose:
The Senior Recruitment Officer will be responsible for executing the full recruitment cycle from job posting and screening to onboarding while maintaining high standards of candidate experience and ensuring alignment with company policies and manpower needs.

Job Purpose:
The Senior Recruitment Officer will be responsible for executing the full recruitment cycle from job posting and screening to onboarding while maintaining high standards of candidate experience and ensuring alignment with company policies and manpower needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post job vacancies on various internal and external platforms.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and shortlist qualified applicants.
- Conduct interviews and communicate with candidates, hiring managers and department heads.
- Support internal hiring and employee movement processes.
- Prepare employment offers and contracts in line with HR policies.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports, and candidate tracking systems.
- Ensure all filing and documentation are updated in accordance with company procedures.
- Manage administrative tasks related to recruitment and onboarding.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to meet manpower requirements efficiently.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources preferred
- HR certification or relevant Diploma preferred
- Previous experience in Recruitment required
- Proficient in Word , Excel ,MS Office , ERPs and HRMS systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
