Senior Sales Executive - Truck Tyre

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Selling Continental Truck Tire Group products and services:
• Selling Continental Truck Tires & Products (including services) to Truck Tire Dealers, Wholesalers and Fleets mainly in accordance with the overall objectives.
• Within that, ensuring that the given price development targets are being achieved efficiently managing the range of pricing autonomy set by the Company and the customer and sales channel mix of the area.
Developing new business
• Acquiring new Truck Tire Dealers and Fleets of all categories for EUT.
• Growing and managing the dealer & fleets base for all products. Special focus on developing Loyal Service Network in order to provide the most professional standardized FLEET service level in the UAE.
• Help to implement the marketing plan of EUT
Providing technical and commercial Training
• Technical advice and training to both Fleets and Dealers about product categories, specifications, vehicle compatibility, performance expectations, scrap analysis, applications, usage, maintenance, retreadability, regroovability, common damages, and other.
Tracking and Management of Sales Performance
• Monitoring and analysing the development of unit and net sales, prices, and market shares by customer, brand and product within the sales area.
• Upkeeping and integrating customer data, both end users and dealers, in accordance with Company guidelines.
Planning and Implementation
• Submit on a weekly basis, visit plan considering current customers and new prospects
• Implement visit plan and update according to daily activities
• Update all sales activities online
• Proper follow for all existing customers
KEY SKILLS:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer orientation and problem-solving skills /.
• Product, market and system knowledge (Technical and Sales Orientation)
