ITHR Technologies Consulting LLC is supporting a key client in Dubai and is seeking an experienced Senior SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) Consultant for an urgent, on-site engagement. This role is ideal for a consultant with deep functional expertise, a strong retail background, and proven capability in delivering complex EWM implementations end-to-end.
Role Overview
The SAP EWM Consultant will be responsible for leading solution design, configuration, and deployment across warehouse operations within a high-volume retail environment. You will work closely with business stakeholders, supply chain teams, and technical experts to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of the EWM landscape.
Detailed Responsibilities
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of SAP EWM functional experience
Extensive hands-on experience with EWM design, configuration, testing, and deployment
Strong retail industry background, preferably in high-volume or multi-warehouse environments
Proven End-to-end Implementation Experience (minimum 23 Full Cycles Required)
Ability to run workshops, lead design sessions, and serve as the functional SME
Strong understanding of warehouse processes, including putaway, picking, packing, consolidation, staging, and shipping
Experience working with RF devices and warehouse automation interfaces
Solid knowledge of S/4HANA EWM (embedded or decentralized) preferred
Strong documentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills

Role Overview
The SAP EWM Consultant will be responsible for leading solution design, configuration, and deployment across warehouse operations within a high-volume retail environment. You will work closely with business stakeholders, supply chain teams, and technical experts to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of the EWM landscape.
Detailed Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle SAP EWM implementations, from requirement gathering to go-live and support.
- Conduct detailed solution design workshops, translating business needs into scalable EWM solutions.
- Configure EWM components including Inbound, Outbound, Internal Warehouse Movements, RF Framework, Slotting, Labor Management, and Transportation Integration.
- Support integration with ECC/S4 modules such as MM, SD, PP, QM, and TM.
- Deliver hands-on system build, testing, cutover planning, and hypercare support.
- Optimize warehouse processes specific to retail operations, including omnichannel fulfillment, store replenishment, demand-driven warehousing, and seasonal peaks.
- Prepare comprehensive functional specifications, documentation, and training materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solution integrity and successful deployment.
- Provide expert troubleshooting and issue resolution during build and post-go-live phases.

- Ability to operate in fast-paced, agile environments
- Role Type: Contract (6 months to start; likely extensions)
- Location: On-site in Dubai no remote or hybrid options
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-time on-premise
- Preference: Consultants already located in Dubai or within the Gulf region (to support quick mobilization)
