SENIOR SHEETFED PRINTER - 10 NOS
Qualification
- Diploma in Printing Technology.
- Operate Sheetfed Machines to Professional Standards Set up and run Komori, Heidelberg-XL, and Mitsubishi sheetfed presses with precision.
- Especially strong Knowledge in UV Printing and Flood coating Configure feeder systems, plate alignment, and job parameters according to production specs and client requirements.
- Ensure readiness for high-volume and specialty print jobs.
- Maintain Print Consistency Throughout the Run
- Monitor ink density, registration, and paper feed accuracy across the entire batch.
- Adjust machine settings proactively to prevent color shifts, misalignment, or print defects.
- Ensure uniformity from first sheet to last.Perform Scheduled Maintenance as per Guidelines
- Carry out periodic maintenance tasks including roller cleaning, blanket replacement, lubrication, and inspection of mechanical components.
- Document all maintenance activities and escalate any abnormalities to the technical team.
- Control Ink-Water Balance During Production
- Maintain optimal ink-water balance throughout the print run to prevent issues like scumming, toning, or emulsification.
- Fine-tune dampening systems and ink flow to ensure sharp, clean prints with consistent color fidelity.
- Candidates should relevant Qualification and Experience in Production & Operation Department in Printing Industries.
