Responsibilities


  • Lead the architectural design process for assigned projects, ensuring all technical and aesthetic requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate engineering, construction, and design elements into the overall site plan.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and design team members.
  • Conduct site visits and surveys to assess feasibility, site conditions, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop detailed construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
  • Review and approve architectural plans, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing progress, timelines, and budgets.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and incorporate feedback into design revisions.
  • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in architectural design and construction.
  • Ensure quality control and quality assurance throughout the design and construction process.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Architect.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
