Senior Software Engineer

The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable systems and features that drive platform success. The role requires delivering robust, production-ready code while ensuring seamless functionality across the platform. While AI is a bonus, the primary focus is on quickly and effectively building impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end feature lifecycle from concept to deployment and optimization.
Design scalable systems and deliver clean, efficient, and maintainable Python code.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business and user needs.
Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and continuously improve tech stack and processes

Requirements

7+ years in Software Engineering with strong expertise in Python (FastAPI) and React/TypeScript.
Solid knowledge of SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and Infrastructure as Code with DevOps tools (CI/CD, Docker).
Experience with observability tools (Splunk, Datadog).
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Bonus: Knowledge of ML/NLP, ETL/big data (Spark, Hadoop), or professional services workflows.
Enthusiastic about exploring AI-driven solutions, even if AI is not the primary focus.
