Senior Specialist (L&D) - Mehan Executive

Our client, a federal entity is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Specialist - L&D (UAE National only) to join their team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This is a full-time position offering a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of learning and development programmes within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing employee skills and knowledge, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective learning and development programmes across various formats (e.g., online, classroom, blended learning).
• Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and recommend suitable learning solutions.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes and make improvements based on data analysis and feedback.
• Manage the L&D budget and resources efficiently.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to ensure alignment of learning initiatives with business objectives.
• Research and implement best practices in L&D to enhance the learning experience.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the L&D field.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar L&D role.
• Strong instructional design and training delivery skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and methodologies.
