Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the talent acquisition strategy and delivering exceptional recruitment services to support the organization's growth objectives. This position requires an individual who excels in identifying top talent, building strategic relationships, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for candidates and stakeholders alike. This position is embedded in a new R&D function for the company with large growth plans in state of the art technologies.

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the talent acquisition strategy and delivering exceptional recruitment services to support the organization's growth objectives. This position requires an individual who excels in identifying top talent, building strategic relationships, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for candidates and stakeholders alike. This position is embedded in a new R&D function for the company with large growth plans in state of the art technologies.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Human Capital, with a focus on Talent Acquisition, including at least 5 years in a specialist role within a medium to large organization.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Proficiency in HR technologies such as CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Expertise in employment laws and regulations, particularly in the UAE or Middle East region.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
- Deep knowledge of recruiting best practices such as candidate nurturing, negotiation, Boolean search, strong communications skills.
- Degree in any related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Extensive experience hiring in, but not limited to, technology focused functions such as computer engineering, software development and R&D.
- Proven experience in managing complex hiring projects, including executive and niche roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, measure, and report on recruitment metrics.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
