About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Strategist with deep expertise in brand strategy and social media strategy to join our team. This role sits at the intersection of creativity, insight, and business impact—helping our clients unlock growth opportunities by defining brand positioning, shaping narratives, and building engaging social-first strategies. You will partner closely with creative, media, and client teams to translate cultural trends and consumer insights into bold strategies that drive measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of brand strategies that define positioning, purpose, messaging frameworks, and audience segmentation.
• Craft and implement social media strategies that connect brands with culture, leveraging platform best practices, emerging trends, and content innovation.
• Partner with creative teams to brief, inspire, and challenge ideas, ensuring strategies are brought to life in a compelling and culturally relevant way.
• Conduct research, analyze data, and distill insights into clear strategic recommendations.
• Build and present strategic decks that tell a story and sell ideas persuasively to clients.
• Collaborate with media and performance teams to ensure strategy ties directly to measurable outcomes (awareness, engagement, conversion, brand health).
• Act as a thought leader, staying ahead of industry shifts, competitor activity, and cultural trends to guide both internal teams and clients.
• Mentor junior strategists, fostering their development in both brand and social disciplines.
  
  

About You

The Essentials

• 6+ years of strategy experience in a marketing, digital, or creative agency.
• Proven track record developing brand positioning and social-first strategies across diverse industries.
• Strong understanding of digital ecosystems and how brands show up across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
• Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills—capable of influencing senior clients.
• Strong research, analytical, and insight development abilities.
• Culturally curious, with a pulse on trends, communities, and shifts in consumer behavior.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and contributing to new business pitches.
