About The Role
We are looking for a hands-on Strategy Manager to support the CEO in driving critical projects within our markets. This role will involve setting up performance management for our operations’ teams, leading various strategic initiatives, and taking charge of parts of the business directly. The ideal candidate is a smart, pragmatic, pro-active, not afraid to get hands dirty, actively involved in day-to-day operations and capable of owning and managing big projects, addressing challenges, and leading by example to ensure successful outcomes.

Directly reporting to our CEO, and closely working with our Strategy and Operations Team.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Working closely with the CEO and owning strategic projects across markets.
- Developing and implementing performance management systems for markets.
- Analyzing data and providing insights to optimize performance and drive results.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Preparing and presenting reports to the CEO on project status and insights.
- Traveling as needed to support project requirements and engaging with different markets.
- 2-3 years of top tier consulting experience (eg, McKinsey, Bain, BCG)
- 4-5 years of experience in operations strategy with C-level exposure and a proven track record of driving results.
- Full proficiency in English; conversational Spanish is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, solve complex problems, and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive mindset, with a readiness to take initiative, tackle challenges, and deliver solutions.
- Highly motivated with a strong can-do attitude and a drive for continuous improvement.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel at short notice, as required by business needs.
