Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Utilities Coordination Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to coordination all Design Utility Engineering issues throughout the design process.

What You'll Be Doing

• Focal point for utility authority submittals, coordinating with multiple design disciplines to deliver consolidated utility design packages to clients and authorities.
• Reviewing, incoming utility information & identifying issues with proposed design and proposing mitigations.
• Preparing Utility Corridors following All reverent authorities’ guidelines and requirements.
• Outlining Utilities coordination issues / proposing solutions.
• Preparing necessary Utility drawings (relocation / protection) required to obtain authorities NOCs
• The Utility Engineer has up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices, and international codes/standards and possesses a broad knowledge and experience of utility works in large infrastructure projects.
• Capable of Presenting Proposals to the Project Team, Authorities & clients as well.
  
  
  

What Required Skills You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering from a recognized Institution
• Minimum 10 Years Experience Dealing with Utility coordination in infrastructure projects.
• Design and/or Construction projects in Abu Dhabi preferrable.
• Has excellent knowledge of Abu Dhabi utility/service provider requirements preferrable.
• Proficiency in utilizing CAD, BIM and other PC software packages typically associated with engineering is required
• Good English communication skills required.
• Arabic speakers preferred.
