Service Technician

• Hand on repair of Dewalt, Stanley and Black and Decker power tools.
• Analyze the unit and find the failed parts.
• SAP knowledge to update jobcard.
• Inform customer about the failure mode and take approval for repair.
• Identify and read engineering drawings.
