Job Title: Site Structural Engineer

Location: Al Ain

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Site Structural Engineer to join our dynamic project team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the structural aspects of construction projects, ensuring all works are executed in accordance with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and inspect structural works on-site, including foundations, substructure, superstructure, and architectural finishes.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure compliance with engineering drawings and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and resolve technical issues as they arise.
• Prepare and review method statements, material submittals, and inspection/testing plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of site activities and progress.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Proven experience in site supervision of structural works within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of engineering standards, codes, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
