Job Purpose:
To elevate the brand's digital footprint by strategically managing and creating engaging content across various social media platforms. This role is ideal for a creative storyteller with a passion for beauty, luxury, and lifestyle branding.
Job Responsibilities:
Content Calendar Development:
- Plan and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and overall brand objectives.
- Develop creative and engaging content ideas that reflect the brand’s voice and identity.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align content strategies with business goals.
Social Media Management:
- Manage daily activities and growth strategies across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Snapchat.
- Schedule and publish content while maintaining brand consistency in tone and visuals.
- Actively engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages to foster loyalty and interaction.
Design and Content Creation:
- Use Canva to create compelling and high-quality visual content for social media posts, stories, and campaigns.
- Prepare campaign mood boards and coordinate with design teams on creative execution.
- Stay informed about beauty and lifestyle trends to ensure fresh, trend-relevant content.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track performance metrics using tools like Meta Insights and TikTok Analytics.
- Create detailed monthly performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Stay updated on algorithm changes and platform innovations to ensure optimal performance and relevance.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years in social media management within the beauty, luxury, or lifestyle industry.
- Proficiency in Canva with a strong creative flair and visual sense.
- Strong communication, organizational, and project coordination abilities.
- Solid knowledge of social media platform algorithms, content trends, and analytics tools.
- Experience managing influencer campaigns and cross-functional coordination.
