We are seeking an experienced Software Test Lead who will be responsible for governing and assuring the quality of testing activities delivered by external development and testing vendors, ensuring alignment with company standards, policies, and regulatory requirements. The role provides end-to-end visibility and control over testing activities and acts as the quality authority across stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

Project & Program Delivery

• Establish and enforce testing governance, quality gates, and acceptance criteria.
• Review and approve test strategies, plans, and approaches from vendors.
• Ensure full traceability between requirements and test coverage.
• Perform independent verification after vendor testing.
• Govern defect management, RCA validation, and exceptional acceptance.
• Monitor vendor KPIs and quality metrics.
• Prepare and present clear testing status reports, quality dashboards, and risk summaries to management and stakeholders.
• Communicate testing progress, quality issues, and release readiness transparently and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate testing activities across Business, Technical teams, PMO, Release Management, and external vendors.
• Facilitate defect triage, quality review, and Go/No-Go meetings, ensuring decisions and actions are clearly documented.
• Act as the primary QA communication focal point between company and development/testing vendors.
• Ensure alignment and shared understanding of testing scope, priorities, and risks across all stakeholders.
• Review, design, and validate functional, integration, regression, and UAT test scenarios in alignment with BRD, FSD and SRS
• Create strategies, plans and test cases.
• Test execution share results and provide closure reports.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or an equivalent

Experience

• Strong knowledge in STLC and SDLC
• 7+ years in software testing with at least 3+ years in Test Lead or QA governance roles
• Experience with multi-vendor and government environments is preferred.
• Arabic and English language
• Preferably previous experience in SAP testing
