- Develop and execute sales and business development strategies within assigned markets
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and industrial segments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders
- Prepare and present customized proposals and quotations based on client needs
- Lead negotiations and close sales to meet or exceed targets
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategy
- Represent Powernsun at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management — preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector
- Strong understanding of solar components and system configurations (On-Grid, Off-Grid, and PV-Diesel Hybrid)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze trends
- Client-focused mindset with a commitment to customer satisfaction
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
- Willingness to travel for business development and client meetings
