The Role
As a part of the Solutions team, you will play a crucial role in defining and analyzing client business requirements and translate them into viable functional solutions & specifications that will fulfil the clients needs, and work within NymCards innovative products and services.

The Role
As a part of the Solutions team, you will play a crucial role in defining and analyzing client business requirements and translate them into viable functional solutions & specifications that will fulfil the clients needs, and work within NymCards innovative products and services.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Independently liaise with clients and gather business requirements - both technical and non-technical
- Translate business requirements in functional solution specifications, considering key factors such as product construct, end-user experience, digital front end flows, and external integrations
- Create comprehensive user journeys and use cases, along with diagrams, flowcharts, and other visual aids to illustrate solution designs to internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborating with internal departments, external clients and/or partners, ensuring smooth collaboration between commercial, product, and technology teams
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to explain complex solutions and financial concepts
- At least 5 years experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst in fintech, banking or other financial services industries. Preferably with a focus on digital products.
- Strong capability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional requirements for financial products and services
- Proven ability to develop whiteboard concepts into solution and functional specifications for financial products and services
- Familiarity with API-based integrations and how they apply to functional solution documents
- Experience in embedded lending and credit is highly preferred
