As a Sourcing Manager, the scope of your role will include:

• Management and coordination of the sales
• Operations planning process
• Supply / demand forecasting, inventory management, and on time delivery

EDUCATION

Experience

Bachelor degree preferred

3 to 5 years of successful multi-unit leadership experience in full service environment

Multi-national experience in the field of restaurants (UAE experience preferred)
