Provide value added input to ascertain the training needs and ensure that quality training programmes are designed and delivered in the areas of Banking operations and thus support the achievement of Branch & Department’s Objectives and the Mission of the Bank.

- The bank is in the threshold of transformation and currently undergoing a process of dynamic change to achieve its Mission.
- Internally as a part of the Mission Bank support the concept of being a progressive learning organization by continuously assessing the training and development needs of its employees and organizing the training programmes to improve their performance and career development which will in turn support the achievement of Bank’s Mission.
- Externally Bank also wishes to ensure that all employees are fully trained and qualified to provide quality services to cater the demands of the changing market scenario
- As a core member of the training team, this position holder has to play an important role in enhancing the competence of the employees in all the areas of banking operations.
- 8-10 years banking experience with L&D.
- Complete knowledge and clear understanding of banking operations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
