Key Responsibilities
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules for Feed and Detail Engineering phases of oil and gas projects.
- Work closely with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment of project schedules.
- Monitor project progress, identify delays, and develop corrective actions as necessary.
- Conduct analysis to identify potential risks and ensure mitigation strategies are in place.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project timelines and progress to senior management.
- Ensure that all planning activities follow industry standards and best practices.
- Support in the preparation of engineering documentation and schedules for project milestones.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- At least 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
- Strong proficiency in planning and scheduling software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.
- Excellent understanding of project controls, planning processes, and industry standards.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
