Role Summary

The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and optimization of our integrated digital marketing efforts that support customer acquisition, engagement, and traffic to websites and stores as well as online conversion. The role will oversee a data-driven team and work cross-functionally to align marketing initiatives with business objectives, ensuring a seamless customer experience across all channels.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Strategy & Growth: Develop and lead a comprehensive digital growth marketing strategy combining performance marketing and brand-building across all digital platforms.
  • Campaign Management: Drive digital sales growth through full-funnel campaigns, personalization, and targeted content, while managing upper-funnel efforts to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Financial Oversight: Own and strategically allocate the performance marketing budget, ensuring optimized media planning and delivery of online revenue targets.
  • Brand Consistency & Innovation: Ensure brand consistency across digital touchpoints, champion innovation, and stay ahead of digital trends and best practices.
  • Measurement & Optimization: Implement a robust measurement framework to assess digital marketing ROI, support a test-and-learn culture, and continuously improve campaign performance through A/B testing and analytics.
  • Customer & Team Collaboration: Collaborate with CRM, Trade, Product, Advanced Analytics, and Brand Marketing teams to unlock growth opportunities and align with overall brand strategy.
  • SEO & Martech Management: Oversee SEO, ASO, affiliates, and martech tools to increase organic traffic and scale user acquisition while maximizing ROI across web and mobile platforms.
  • Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Build and mentor a high-performing digital marketing team and manage relationships with agencies, media partners, and key internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Industry Experience: Over 10 years of experience in performance/growth marketing, with a required background in the eCommerce retail industry.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications; digital marketing certifications (e.g., Google, social media) are a plus.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong knowledge of advertising platforms like Google, Meta, Snap, TikTok, app stores, and affiliate networks.
  • Analytical & Strategic Skills: Proven analytical thinking with the ability to optimize performance marketing metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPI, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Soft Skills: Strong influencing, organizational, and teamwork abilities.
  • Professional Competence: Demonstrated ability to drive results through digital channels with a deep understanding of performance levers and campaign management.
