Position Overview:

We're seeking an expert Project Manager to lead sophisticated Smart Infrastructure projects in our Building Technologies division. This role offers an opportunity to craft the future of smart buildings while delivering solutions that make a lasting impact on sustainability and urban development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex building management and Data Center projects, focusing on security systems, critical infrastructure, and BMS integration
• Manage comprehensive project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and resource allocation while adhering to quality standards and financial targets
• Build and maintain strategic relationships while guiding cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
• Oversee technical solution development and drive continuous improvement initiatives, including risk management and change control processes
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering
• Extensive project management experience in building technologies or related field
• Proven track record of efficiently delivering complex infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of building automation systems and smart building technologies
• Excellence in partner management and communication
• Proven ability to handle large-scale budgets and resources
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Siemens certification or previous experience with Siemens technologies
• Experience with Data Center infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of sustainable building practices and energy efficiency solutions
