Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Store Design & Planning, you will be responsible for maintaining the quality and operational standards of the boutique network. You will oversee maintenance activities and contribute to the implementation of new projects, ensuring alignment with the Maison’s objectives, budget, and deadlines. To that extent, you will:

• Oversee all boutique maintenance activities across the region, ensuring operational excellence, brand compliance, and coordination with vendors, contractors, and internal teams
• Manage cost & budget files, procurement, and supplier pipelines while supporting store openings, renovations, and special design projects
• Perform regular boutique visits in all markets, train boutique employees on upkeep best practices, and ensure reporting processes and quality standards are consistently met
