Role Overview:
LRQA continues to achieve significant growth and is therefore looking to appoint an Account Manager to support further expansion within the EMEA, primarily focusing on Middle East. While the role primarily targets these locations, other geographies may also be considered, depending on existing relationships.
As a member of the account management team, you will be responsible for selling key cybersecurity services, such as offensive security services, e.g. penetration testing and red teaming, Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) services, managed security services, and incident response solutions, along with other relevant cybersecurity solutions. Key industry verticals include, but are not limited to, Financial Services, FinTech, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Technology, and Marine and Offshore.
The role
The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing regional key accounts, maintaining a long-term relationship and maximising sales opportunities within them. Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business within those accounts.

What You’ll Be Doing
In your role you will need to:
- Results driven delivery, delivering revenue versus target
- Proactive lead generation and management of LRQA’s cybersecurity offerings
- Pipeline management skills, building a pipeline of opportunities, generating new leads within region
- Strategic Alignment & Cross Sell, managing and closing new marketing leads generated by LRQA
- Nurture and upsell to existing clients based on business requirements to expand their engagement across multiple lines of business
- Updating CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics) to ensure sales pipeline progression and sales rep activity reflects current status of Opportunities
- Collaborating closely with other team members, Self-development, undertaking necessary training to excel in the role
- Working flexibly with LRQA’s global technical team to ensure client satisfaction
- Participating in kick-off and debrief calls with clients
- Build sales pipeline in line with sales targets set by Sales Manager
- Demonstrate a knowledge of the competitive environment via sales meeting presentations
- Liaise with existing clients to ensure relevant documentation is completed/returned (contracts, authorisation forms, account opening forms, etc)
- Carry out responsibilities in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Provide accurate forecasts to Sales Manager on weekly and monthly basis
- Ensure all client data is entered onto CRM after every telephone call/client visit and all details regarding the client are populated

- Account Management Experience within the Cyber Security Sector.
- Strong telephone and communication skills
- Ability to deliver client presentations in both virtual and face-to-face settings
- Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience of sales cycle management and accurate forecasting
- Good teamwork skills
- Strong experience managing opportunities in CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics)
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Negotiation, presentation, and objection-handling skills
- Strong listening and time management abilities
- Prospecting experience
- Degree in a relevant field, with proven experience in consultancy or sales, particularly in cybersecurity
- Track record of delivering growth in strategic organizations, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience
- Experience in selling offensive security services, GRC services, managed security services, or incident response solutions is highly preferred
- Fluent in English
