About The Role

The Super User is responsible for ensuring the alignment between the global template and local business ways of working and roles in their part of the business. This may require changes to the solution, but changes to local process are more likely, so a key part of the role is local stakeholder management and communication – they must act as local change agents.

Your responsibilities

• Guide and oversee a talented team responsible for complete order fulfilment, achieving on-time delivery without error or damage.
• Understand and cater to major customer needs, delivering an exceptional level of service and fostering strong supply chain relationships.
• Recruit, manage, and develop teams to support business growth, focusing on nurturing talent and advancing skills across the department.
• Lead your team in achieving supply chain goals, focusing on strategic and tactical engagement to deliver outstanding results.
• Utilise analytics and data-driven insights to proactively identify and seize opportunities for process improvement, enhancing productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to accomplish short and long-term objectives, ensuring alignment with our broader business strategy.
  
  

The experience we're looking for

• Detailed knowledge of Order Intake and Order Processing.
• Good knowledge of Sales Remote Order systems.
• Good understanding of Pricing Conditions.
• Good Understanding of Billing and invoicing process.
• Good understanding of Reporting and Master Data.
• Good understanding of the Logistics and goods movement processes.
• Where appropriate, good understanding of export requirements.
