Job Responsibility
- Supervise and manage a team of plumbing and drainage technicians to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks.
- Inspect plumbing and drainage systems to identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement solutions.
- Plan and schedule work assignments for the team to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of plumbing and drainage materials and equipment, and initiate procurement as needed.
- Train new technicians on proper installation and maintenance procedures, safety protocols, and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate projects and resolve inter-departmental issues.
- Maintain accurate records of work orders, inspections, and maintenance activities.
- MOFA attested Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in plumbing and drainage systems installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of relevant codes, regulations, and safety guidelines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
