Role Purpose:
As Supply Chain Finance Business Partner for the Enterprise Market (covering Africa, Middle Asia, Australia, Japan, and other emerging markets), you will serve as the strategic finance lead for supply chain operations. You will ensure financial stewardship, drive cost efficiency, and enable effective decision-making across the regional supply chain footprint. Your role is pivotal in supporting transformation, optimizing working capital, and ensuring alignment with corporate financial and operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Stock Target Optimization
· Lead the regional initiative to achieve inventory target.
· Set and cascade market-specific stock targets in coordination with regional and global stakeholders.
· Monitor performance vs targets and drive root cause analysis for deviations.
· Collaborate with supply planning, demand planning, and operations teams to improve inventory health.
2. Cost Savings & Value Creation
· Partner with SC, Procurement, and Finance to deliver supply chain savings.
· Identify and track cost optimization opportunities across logistics, sourcing, and manufacturing.
3. Transformation Projects & Process Excellence
· Lead strategic transformation initiatives to simplify and harmonize supply chain finance processes.
· Support end-to-end implementation of digital tools, automation, and best practices.
· Act as finance lead in cross-functional projects, ensuring accurate ROI analysis and benefit tracking.
· Define and implement SCF roles and responsibilities across markets.
· Provide coaching, governance, and performance tracking for local SCF teams.
· Act as a trusted advisor to regional SC and Finance leadership to address country-specific challenges.

Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
· 5+ years of relevant experience in Finance, ideally within Supply Chain or FMCG environments.
· Factory finance experience is mandatory.
· Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder influencing skills.
· Deep understanding of supply chain operations and financial KPIs.
· Proficient in SAP, Power BI, Excel, and financial modeling.
· Ability to work in a complex, matrixed, and fast-paced global environment.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
