Job Summary

Coordinate and oversee the efficient movement of goods from suppliers to customers. Responsibilities include managing shipments, tracking inventory, scheduling deliveries, and ensuring accurate documentation. Work closely with carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to optimize logistics operations and ensure on-time delivery while minimizing costs. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Order Management: Handle Order Acknowledgment, issue Proforma Invoices (PI), and Purchase Orders (PO).
  • Order Shipping Management: Manage import, direct export, and Letter of Credit (LC) processes.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct inventory reconciliation and oversee inventory destruction processes.
  • Compliance and Policy Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to company and business policies.
  • Inventory Optimization: Manage stock levels and monitor slow-moving items to minimize inventory devaluation impact.
  • Documentation Preparation: Prepare Advanced Shipping Notices (ASN), Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Sales Invoices (SI), and Sales Orders SO).
  • ERP/CRM Utilization: Contribute to the effective use and maintenance of ERP and CRM systems.
  • Cross-functional Support: Collaborate and support other divisions within the organization.

Required Experience And Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce / or any other discipline
  • 2 years+ experience in a similar role, healthcare products industry knowledge is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of IMPORT /EXPORT and complete supply chain and Logistics Process for the MENA Region.
  • Should be proficient in using MS Office, Excel, and data related tools and knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
