Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive system test plans.
- Create and maintain automated test scripts.
- Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results.
- Work closely with development teams to reproduce and debug issues.
- Validate fixes and ensure corrections are effective.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing strategies with business goals.
- Document testing phases and defects to improve future test plans.
- Assess system performance under various conditions (stress, load, scalability).
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide feedback and recommendations based on test outcomes.
- Offer client support by addressing and resolving technical issues.
- Track and manage issues using relevant tools and ensure timely resolution.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide updates.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with software test engineering and software languages.
- Knowledge of compilers, architecture, embedded processing, and operating systems.
- Hands-on experience with application setup and customization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to operate independently and within a team environment.
