As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to attract, assess, and onboard top talent aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop sourcing and talent attraction strategies based on company requirements.
Manage the full recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
Utilize innovative recruitment channels (LinkedIn, ATS, networking, referrals, industry events).
Conduct structured interviews based on competencies and skills.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and business needs.
Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and track recruitment processes.
Monitor and analyze recruiting KPIs to optimize talent acquisition strategies.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and transparent communication.
Requirements
At least two years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
Ability to assess both hard and soft skills of candidates.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
Preferable experience in international recruiting.
