We are currently partnered with a leading financial services business in Abu Dhabi who are looking to hire a Talent Management professional for a 1 year contract, based in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of hands-on experience in talent management, career development, and succession planning, able to drive initiatives from scratch. This role blends strategic thinking with operational execution - you'll design and implement people strategies, engage stakeholders, and deliver real impact across the employee lifecycle.
Required:
- Immediately available or finishing up a contractual role
- Based in Abu Dhabi, or open to consider relocation
- Strong talent management experience
