As the Talent Metrics & Insights Analyst (12 Months Fixed Term Contract), you will drive data-driven decision-making across Recruitment and Onboarding, by designing and delivering reporting solutions, dashboards, and analytics tools. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless data integration, effective visualisation, and compliance, while continuously optimising the impact of reporting. In this role, you will establish KPI frameworks, deliver user training, and maintain documentation to support adoption and enhance strategic workforce planning.

As the Talent Metrics & Insights Analyst (12 Months Fixed Term Contract), you will drive data-driven decision-making across Recruitment and Onboarding, by designing and delivering reporting solutions, dashboards, and analytics tools. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless data integration, effective visualisation, and compliance, while continuously optimising the impact of reporting. In this role, you will establish KPI frameworks, deliver user training, and maintain documentation to support adoption and enhance strategic workforce planning.
In This Role, You Will
- Enable data-driven decision-making across Recruitment and Onboarding, by designing and delivering reporting solutions and dashboards that track performance and support strategic workforce planning.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders—including business leaders, HR teams, system vendors, and internal analytics teams—to ensure reporting tools provide accurate, timely, and relevant insights through seamless data integration, quality assurance, and effective visualization.
- Uphold data governance, confidentiality, and compliance standards across all reports and dashboards, ensuring alignment with company policies.
- Monitor the effectiveness of reporting tools and enhance solutions as needed to meet evolving business requirements.
- Partner with the Recruitment management team to identify key KPIs and reporting needs that measure operational efficiency and strategic impact.
- Develop and deliver training, communication materials, and user guidance to support adoption and effective use of dashboards.
- Attain system vendor certification to build dashboards and reports with full platform proficiency.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation on dashboard design, reporting processes, and system functionality. Lead knowledge-sharing initiatives to help users interpret and apply insights effectively.
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in HR, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in Human Resources, Data, Analytics, Business Performance, or other related fields.
- Proficiency in building dashboards and reports using data visualisation tools, along with a solid understanding of data modules and data science principles.
- Experience in HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition analytics, preferably within a systems-driven environment, with a strong understanding of recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source of hire, candidate pipeline progression, and diversity metrics.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to explain complex data insights clearly and engagingly to non-technical audiences across different functions and levels of seniority.
- High attention to detail, data quality, and integrity, combined with a project management mindset to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
