An ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) family based in Dubai is seeking a dedicated, experienced Middle School Teacher to provide exceptional education to their children, following the Scottish Curriculum for Excellence. This is an exclusive and highly rewarding role in a private, family setting with a strong emphasis on personalized and holistic education.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons based on the Scottish Curriculum, focusing on core subjects for middle school-aged children.
• Develop customized learning plans to meet the individual needs, talents, and interests of each child.
• Create an encouraging and supportive learning environment to help children thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
• Foster intellectual curiosity and a love for learning through interactive and creative teaching methods.
• Provide regular progress reports to the parents, maintaining clear and effective communication about each child’s development.
• Plan educational field trips, cultural activities, and practical learning experiences within Dubai and potentially during international travel.
• Collaborate with any other educators or tutors within the household to ensure consistency in the children's learning experience.
• Uphold confidentiality and discretion at all times, respecting the privacy and needs of the family.
  
  

Requirements:

• Qualified teacher status (QTS) with a strong background in the Scottish Curriculum for Excellence.
• Proven experience in teaching middle school-aged students (ages 11–14), with the ability to teach a range of subjects.
• Experience working in high-net-worth or private family settings is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication skills with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Adaptability and flexibility to travel internationally with the family if needed.
• Ability to work independently and create a bespoke, well-rounded educational experience.
