As a Team Lead - Account Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the Account Management function within Property Monitor whilst also maintaining individual account responsibility. You will also be the stakeholder for the training and will have a direct report within this function.
In this role, you will:
Account Management:
- Lead and manage a team of Account Managers responsible for post-sales relationships with real estate brokerage clients
- Take ownership of the accounts assigned with both individual and team targets
- Ensure clients are achieving success with the platform, focusing on adoption, satisfaction, and retention
- Develop strategies to support upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities across the client base
- Serve as a senior point of contact for key accounts, providing strategic support and relationship management
- Analyse usage trends, feedback, and performance data to inform engagement plans
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure a seamless client experience
- Work with Sales Support / Internal Sales to assign low ticket renewals and also arrange cover where required
Training Oversight:
- Oversee and support the delivery of in-person and virtual training programs for both new and existing clients
- Manage the Training Manager and/or training team, ensuring delivery quality, consistency, and alignment with client goals
- Ensure training materials and sessions are up to date, client-centric, and tailored to different user personas
- Introduce scalable onboarding workflows to improve client ramp-up time and long-term engagement
- Monitor training effectiveness and client feedback to continuously improve educational content and delivery
- A minimum of secondary education. A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Valid UAE license required
- 5- 7 years of proven track record of success in the UAE market, demonstrating strong sales, relationship management and leadership abilities
- Real Estate Experience preferred
- Excellent knowledge of sales processes
- Continuing to build knowledge of the business, financials, products/services, the market and account needs
- Ability to deliver an excellent customer experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
