MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE
To manage the performance and welfare of assigned cabin crew members ensuring onboard delivery of flydubai’ high standards in safety, service and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manages the assigned cabin crew team by monitoring attendance, conduct, and providing regular feedback sessions and performance reviews.
- Conducts informal meetings to address areas of concern and escalates issues to formal disciplinary procedures when required.
- Conducts regular assessments, probation meetings and development reviews, identifying and addressing performance gaps, recognises achievements, and creates tailored development plans for crew members.
- Serves as the primary support contact for crew welfare, addressing personal and professional needs, including conflict resolution, welfare concerns, and offering guidance on career progression and well-being.
- Manages complex physical, psychological, and domestic issues among cabin crew, offering continuous support and guidance.
- Collaborates closely with Human Resources to investigate and address disciplinary and grievance issues, managing cases to resolution in alignment with company policies and standards.
- Investigates incidents involving customer complaints, behavioral concerns and crew compliments, ensuring compliance with company policies and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Fosters a positive work culture by actively engaging with cabin crew, encouraging feedback, and facilitating open communication.
- Provides support to the 24/7 operations team during a critical incident or other disruptions, ensuring the well-being of all cabin crew during crisis situations.
- Collaborates closely with Operations, Customer Service, and Safety teams to ensure aligned strategies for customer service excellence and operational efficiency, representing crew interests in cross-departmental initiatives and contributes to continuous improvement projects.
- Acts as the representative for the Crew Management team in corporate operational projects, providing direct support and development to cabin crew to ensure operational excellence is consistently achieved.
- Bachelor's Degree (3+ years)
- Fluent in English
- 2 years experience in large team leadership, within aviation operations, ideally in roles that demand quick decision making, resilience and familiarity with employee relations with a focus on handling complex performance cases and disciplinary issues. Minimum 4 years experience as a flydubai Senior Cabin Crew Member
