We are looking for an experienced Technical Account Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and extensive experience in managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth through strategic solutions.

Salary - 20000 AED + Benefits

What You'll Do
Manage key client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
Provide technical guidance and support to clients, ensuring they leverage our products effectively.
Analyze account performance and identify opportunities for upselling services.
Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and drive satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance service delivery.
Prepare regular reports on account status and performance metrics.
Stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide insights to clients.
Single point of contact for service governance
Chair monthly service reviews, SLA reporting and compliance tracking
Coordinate change requests, risk and stakeholder communication
Ensure service improvement plan activities and customer satisfaction
Align deliverables with contractual scope and roadmap
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 10 years of experience in account management or related roles.
Strong technical knowledge, preferably in IT or software solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Customer-centric mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting software.
