The Project

This is a high-end mixed-use development of multiple high-spec towers in a prime location in Dubai.

Accountable for the delivery of MEP services on projects to the agreed outcomes for time, budget, safety and quality requirements. Driving the delivery of high-quality, time-efficient and profitable delivery while providing leadership and accountability for compliance, governance, and assurance as well as the management of teams of technical and construction staff.

Builds and retains working relationships with colleagues and internal and external stakeholders.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Leads the MEP team with professionalism, providing clear direction and ensuring compliance with Mace standards.
• Ensures successful delivery of MEP services, including programme, health and safety, quality, and commissioning.
• Builds strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Supports tendering and procurement, ensuring scope, budget, and resource alignment.
• Reviews contracts, budgets, and schedules and supports commercial teams throughout the project.
• Oversees design reviews for compliance, coordination, and sustainability targets.
• Develops and implements commissioning strategies and delivery programmes.
• Uses digital tools to assess productivity and manage project risks.
• Drives project close-out, including commissioning, documentation, and client training.
• Leads continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Manages senior stakeholders and large teams, providing coaching and performance management.
• Supports net-zero carbon goals through proactive emissions management.
  
  

You’ll Need To Have

• A relevant degree qualification.
• Strong high-end hospitality experience in mixed-use schemes.
• Experience working in the United Arab Emirates is essential for client approval.
• Significant land bank in their portfolio, all of which are at different stages of development.
• Extensive experience with driving projects through the development cycle.
• Capability to run market studies and feasibility reports on land banks and highest and best use, build a business case, and present it to the board for new project approval.
