Job Description:

Technical Lead – Water & Wastewater Projects - PMC Role, Abu Dhabi & Al Ain

Parsons is seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead to provide overall technical services for Emergency Projects on behalf of our esteemed client providing Water Solutions in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. The Technical Lead will ensure consistency, quality, and protection of design intent across all emergency initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing:

• This role is part of the Program Management Services for Emergency Projects. The Technical Lead acts as the technical authority across all emergency projects

• Lead technical governance during feasibility, design, and DB/DBO stages

• Review and validate design deliverables and technical submissions

• Ensure compliance with client and industry standards and best practices

• Support resolution of complex technical and interface issues

• Provide technical input during tender evaluations and contractor design reviews

• Support construction phase technical overview and commissioning readiness

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering

• Minimum 20+ years of experience in major infrastructure programs, preferably wastewater/water and sewage treatment sectors.

• Minimum 5 years in a similar role.

• Strong experience in PMC / PMO roles for water and wastewater projects

• Strong background in pumping stations, treatment plants, and hydraulic systems

• Experience in DB/DBO contractor design review and technical assurance

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience working with Abu Dhabi authorities and standards

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• PMP or P.E./Chartered Engineer preferred.

• GCC experience, preferably in Abu Dhabi
