Technical Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a primary interface between the engineering disciplines, sub-contractors, suppliers and project management to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to address delays or issues.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support the resolution of technical queries (TQ) and manage design changes as necessary.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor engineering execution and ensure compliance with designs and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must have 10-14 years of relevant professional experience, with substantiated EPC experience, with minimum 5 years of experience in executing gas power projects.
• Have a track record of a minimum of 3 years as Engineering or Technical Manager in Oil and Gas field.
• Must have GCC/UAE experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Good knowledge of engineering, fabrication, construction, planning, resource allocation, contract management and administrative functions.
• Have excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation skills, strong problem-solving and client management skills.
• Br proactive, well-organized, and able to work under pressure
• Be proficient in MS Office mainly in excel functions; basic skills in primavera is required.
• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a discipline engineer role.
