They are seeking a highly experienced Technical Superintendent to join their team. What You’ll Do
- Oversee the technical management and maintenance of a fleet of cutting-edge offshore vessels.
- Ensure full compliance with maritime regulations and uphold the highest company standards.
- Collaborate seamlessly with crew members, onshore teams, and external contractors to ensure vessels operate at peak performance.
- Lead the implementation and monitoring of preventive maintenance programs to maximize operational efficiency.
- Manage budgets and control costs, ensuring smooth and cost-effective vessel operations.
- Provide expert technical support and mentorship to vessel crews, driving continuous improvement.
- Play a key role in inspections, audits, and emergency response planning, ensuring the highest safety standards.
- Proven experience as a Chief Engineer on offshore vessels, with solid technical knowledge.
- Shore-based experience as a Technical Superintendent managing Offshore Support Vessels (OSVs) and/ or harbour tugs.
- Experience in West Africa is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
