Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager with 10+ years of QA experience to lead our testing operations and manage a team of testers in our banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of QA testers
• Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies for banking applications
• Oversee both manual and automated testing processes
• Conduct API testing and performance testing
• Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and present quality metrics
• Implement QA processes aligned with Agile methodologies
  
  

Essential Requirements (MUST HAVE)

• Team Management: Proven experience managing teams of software testers
• API Testing: Extensive hands-on experience with API testing tools and methodologies
• Testing Expertise: Proficiency in both automation and manual testing
• Communication: Excellent communication skills with confidence to engage senior stakeholders
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in software quality assurance with leadership experience
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, JIRA, Azure DevOps
• Automation testing skills using Java, Selenium, JUnit, Appium
• API testing experience with POSTMAN and GraphQL
• Performance testing with JMeter, Loadium, BlazeMeter
• Experience in fintech, healthcare, entertainment, or logistics domains preferred
