Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor all site-related transportation requirements, including crew movement, equipment logistics, and material deliveries.
  • Maintain up-to-date transport schedules, ensuring vehicles are dispatched efficiently and in compliance with HSE protocols.
  • Liaise with transport contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective service delivery.
  • Manage vehicle documentation, driver assignments, route planning, and special permit applications as needed.
  • Track and report on transport KPIs such as fuel usage, on-time arrivals, and downtime.
  • Support emergency transportation needs, ensuring readiness and availability of vehicles for HSE or operational incidents.
  • Ensure compliance with all transportation safety, legal, and environmental regulations.

Expected

  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in site-based transportation coordination within oil & gas, construction, or heavy industrial environments.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle fleet management, route planning, and transport safety regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with regional transport laws and permitting, especially for heavy equipment and hazardous materials.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in transport tracking tools, spreadsheets, and reporting systems (e.g., GPS fleet software, ERP transport modules).
