The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing payment workflows, and ensuring the successful implementation of the TSYS PRIME 4 platform for card and payment processing solutions.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements for TSYS PRIME implementation.
- Analyze payment systems, processes, and perform gap analysis.
- Work with technical teams to align system configurations with business needs.
- Develop and execute test cases to validate system functionalities.
- Prepare user documentation and provide training to end users.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the payments domain.
- Hands-on experience with TSYS PRIME.
- Strong knowledge of payment card processing, settlements, and clearing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the payments domain.
