UAE National Graduate with a Family Book | International Law Firm

Up to AED 20,000 per month

The company is an international law firm and has a newly created role for a UAE National graduate with family book, whose interest is working in HR or Finance or the Legal Team within a law firm. They are also willing to allow the person to work part time hours if you are currently studying, however the salary will be pro rata basis. Please respect the criteria requirements and only apply if you meet these as you will not be considered if you do not.

Finance Description:

• Support Middle East Regional Finance Team in day-to-day activities
• Assist on Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivable, Accounting, Revenue Controlling and credit control activities as and when needed
• Assist in working on VAT returns, balance sheet accounts, invoice management, budgeting, cash flow and any other activities to support the team
• Involvement in ad hoc duties or projects as may also be required
  
  
  

HR Description:

• Support Middle East Regional HR Team in day-to-day activities
• Manage the benefits of onboarding and offboarding
• Manage HR Operations
• Manage new joiner onboarding and induction
• Involvement in ad hoc duties or projects as may also be required
  
  
  

Legal Team Description:

• Support Middle East Regional Legal Team in day-to-day activities

Criteria:

• A bachelor’s degree is essential
• An interest in either finance, HR or legal is essential
• UAE National with a family book
• Hands-on MS Office experience
• Confident persona. Actively seeks to educate internal clients and add value
• Team player, self-starter, pro-active
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good organizational skills with ability to prioritize conflicting demands
